About the event

Admission is free, but attendees must register on the Bristol Cathedral Eventbrite Page

Corpus Christi, meaning 'body of Christ', is a liturgical feast (primarily in the Catholic Church) which celebrates the Eucharist and has been around since the 14th century. The Eucharist is a re-enactment of the Last Supper, in which Jesus shares bread and wine with his disciples on the eve of his crucifixion, asking that they eat and drink these offerings in rememberance of him. Often, Christians choose this celebration to mark their first communion.

I will be singing with the Fitzhardinge Consort for this service, performing Thomas Tallis' Missa Salve Intemerata.
